She didn’t repeat back the order. She charged me for 5 honey mustards and I only asked for 1. And I never asked for any large drink. And I only noticed my drink being large and ayleen told me “oh sorry” not even a REFUND. I’m upset I was over charged
I wanted to recognize the employee names Guy. He was very helpful with getting my tailgaters order loaded to the car and was showing great customer service to everyone in the lobby. Outstanding employee.
The chicken taste plain the bread was really salty the Cane sauce plain as well, the dr pepper drink don’t taste like soda. Need better customer service the people at the drive thru have attitudes like it’s my fault they have to work there. Overall I give this location a -1 star
