Drive through staff are unhelpful and rude after a certain point in the night. Don’t come through after 8pm
I rarely go to Cane’s. Today I decided to try the sandwich for the first time ever. They ran out of lettuce and didn’t bother to tell me. When I came back, they refunded me and took back the sandwich after I had started eating it. They did not offer for me to keep the sandwich or to compensate me for another item. ordered a sandwich in drive through. I got a couple small chicken strips with a peice of toast. looks like it was just thrown.. go in to resolve my order, only to tell me they don't have lettuce and stuff to make a sandwich. got a refund and left hungry. won't be back
