In town for a football game and our food was so Hot and Fres. There was a longer than normal wait in the line. We love Rasin Canes!
Hi, I’m a customer that came in today at the canes in Olathe, on black bob.. I had an issue with one of the girls there. Before I get into it I'd like to mention that I am hard of hearing and to some extent this was my fault but it was handled poorly by one of the employees here. 9/2025 I figured out that getting the 3 finger combo I always get full sized strips but if I get the Caniac with more strips, they are much smaller. I'm tempted to weigh the total chicken each time and compare to see if this pattern is consistent or just happened a handful of times. I still prefer the quality of chicken here over other places but I'm becoming less inclined to try anything more than the 3 strip combo because of this. This is the worst canes ever! It’s ran by rude smart mouth teenagers that lack customer service and professionalism. You will be waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins like they have to go find the chicken. They can’t hear you at all through the mic like just lose this location
