I have to say, this Raising Canes totally impressed me. We walked in and were greates by good lighting, atmosphere, etc. A lady (I believe is the manager) greeted us and said "Hello. Welcome!" After this we walked up to the counter and ordered our food and even with our changes, she remained calm and kind. She handed us our receipt and told us to feel free to sit anywhere. Tonight I ordered through drive thru and dealt with the rudest cashier, Kaden. Countless times he slammed the window on us, and then he handed our change & receipt poorly. He clearly shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all. I have worked in food service for 5 years, so I understand the frustrations of people, but he should not be placed as a cashier. The manager must enable this attitude because she laughed with him when I had a complaint. I’m honestly not sure what was worse, his lack of manners or the lack of manager.
I went through drive thru and the service was great the cashier Kadin was kind and polite. while the food came speed. Also I seen the other review about him I have came multiple times inside and out and he was always polite. I will be coming back soon.
