Horrible service I called this location to see if I downloaded the app could I qualify to get the free tender promo today the lady says yes. I brought my 2 year old so we could share a box combo together with the free tender. The lady at the first window was registering my canes card in the middle of her doing that the manager comes up to her and says we can’t get the free tender because I signed up too late. Wait times are ridiculous, food portion sizes are very small, and the service is unprofessional. I've never visited a Raising Cane's as bad as this one before!
They didn’t take my order at first. I had to wait quite a bit of time and after I got it they forgot the soft bread… just 0 stars
