Cashier had no clue of the concept of up grading my drink to xl. She charged for for 2 drinks. Kept saying the box meal comes with a large drink. I told her I wanted a xl drink. So she gave me 2 cups. I took the xl cup. She kept saying but it comes with a lg drink. I gave up.pd for 2 drinks.
We love Canes and support it's mission. Extra sauce is offered. Take it!
I have ordered from this location via Uber Eats numerous times. I pay extra for a large lemonade, and even place a note on the order asking nicely to please make sure it is a large drink. The past 4 or 5 times now I end up with a regular size. So I called to talk to a manger just to let them be aware of the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything, just letting them know so hopefully it can be avoided in the future.
