We placed a order on the app for curbside pickup and waited for a good 5 to 10 minutes and nobody came out. We went to the drive thru and we were told that it wasn't possible to get it curbside or at the window and that we had to go in. Why is it an option on the app and you have designated signs in the parking lot if it's not an option? The order was sitting right on the front counter and there wasn't even a line.
