Terrible service. Ordered my food and was told to pull up, waiting 20 mins before going inside and then they said they haven’t even started my food. Tried to get a refund and the manager didn’t know how and told me to call corporate. Worst service
Take a look at it from a business perspective..... it is a Sarurday morning 10/25/25 this place is 100% being inefficently run. There are definitely 10+ employees here on duty "looking busy" we waited from 10a-1130a not a single one of them handled our order for over 30 min while we waited. I asked for Manager on duty name it is Cassandra. Canes is always good. This location always gives me soggy chicken wich is very annoying. Especially when the piece is not low for any item on the menu. Costumer service about the same. It's cool but the whole vibe from. Food to dinning area and service it's just kinda soggy.
