My Box combos were made incorrect. Soggy fries, coleslaw when I subbed for another side. They don't care about you. Paid 29.18 for it. I called and Andrea said they would happily remake the order. Then I show up and Nelson in a deep voice says no I'm the manager. You gotta pay up. Why lie to your customers after you mess up an order when you only serve like 3 things on the menu lol sad service. Doesn't know how to run a business. Good luck.
The lady that was working today acted racists. She saw me come to the counter to order food look at me and kept going like I didn't even exist. I waited for a few minutes to see if she was going to take my order and she still didn't then when I saw a manager and asked if I could place a order. He act like he didn't even want to.
