There was a disgruntled employee but it did not affect the service or the food. They have the best sweet tea in Arizona. If I had one complaint it would be that they do not offer a 10 piece meal. That's a corporate issue however. Highly recommend this Canes
Isabella was very informative and friendly. She greeted me with a smile, eye contacted and never turned her back towards me which I love! Keep her in drive through. Her great customer service was definitely needed after a long day at work and a long flight! The manager seemed lost and in the way though.
