I was supposedly next in line, standing at the register, when another register was opened by a manager bc he noticed his best friend behind me in the line. As if I was invisible. Never even seen or heard of this in fast food history. The other customer after this debacle had his order taken but the cashier made someone else pay for his meal by mistake. Management, fix this location!
Drive-thru line was very long but I was out of there way faster than I thought.
