Worst experience at caines ever!!!! The employees taking orders at the cars screamed at me and cut me off while ordering. The manager didn't even care. He started off by asking if I wanted ketchup first!!!! I had not even placed a food order. He was condescending and just completely unprofessional. My food was then soggy and greasy. I will not be back to this location
Man these young kids these days have no idea what integrity means anymore. I was trying to pay for my meal with tap to pay but the kid wanted my phone. He said the cord was tangled for the device so it wouldn’t reach. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with giving him my phone. He closed the door and I heard him and the other kids working taking trash about me. This new generation of kids has lost their work ethics. Just sad. Do better
