I have been to this location 3 times now because it’s conveniently located. And every single time I go here they forget something in my order. This time I did not get the toast. They always ask if I want ketchup and I always ask for hot sauce. They always forget that too. Why ask if you aren’t going to give it to me. It’s been one time too many. I love Cane’s but do better with your service at this location.
I’ve been to this one a few time but when ever I order an extra helping of anything and don’t check while I’m in the drive through I never get it this and maybe it’s the time of day but this doesn’t happen at any other canes I’ve been too
