My boyfriend said of this canes — “It was a utopia. It was what the founder of canes would want his stores to look like. Despite it being busy, everyone was polite. Food came out quickly. People in the kitchen were efficient. Everything was clean”

AVALIAÇÃO DE BRASILEIRO - decidimos conhecer o local por causa do hype da internet e do molho. Realmente o molho é beeem gostoso, assim como o pão e as batatinhas. Porém, mesmo comendo no local, nesse dia os nossos frangos não estavam super crocantes como a gente esperava. Por ser um lugar que só vende isso, esperávamos que o frango fosse impecável. O preço é bom, preço de fast food e não demorou até sair. Pelo o menos nessa unidade conseguimos lugar pra sentar tranquilamente. O banheiro era limpo.

Just shut it down these workers ain’t working just standing around talking not calling orders just talking. As much as this location try’s to make it feel welcoming it’s always going to be the team members for me. I think the team members need to be retrained in giving good customer service . I see to many times team member huddling or having conversations when other team members are helping or assist customers It’s rude and it’s never a work related question.
