I'm an Uber eats and door dash delivery courier. This has to be my favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. I've been picking up from here for the last few months and this place has the best service of any franchise restaurant I've been to as a delivery courier. Every time I come to this location its always easy. I don't have to fight with staff for anything. All the franchise restaurants should take notes from Raising Cane's when it comes to delivery courier pick ups.
Overall a really nice place. It’s one of the few places here in New York that’s got the wholesome country vibe. Food is so good. However, come here either before 1-2 pm or after 6-7 pm. Otherwise, this place is overflowing with screaming teenagers.
I had a 3 chicken fingers combo, which was a perfect amount of food for me. Fingers hot and fresh, fries too, delicious toast. The service was quick and personnel very friendly. Clean establishment, staff walking around and picking up used plates, eager to help. Awesome music, bunch of kids bringing fresh energy. It was a nice distraction on my office lunch break.
