Def has gone downhill. Portions are terrible. Ordered a 3 finger combo and only got like 11 fries! It looked like a kids meal. I use to love canes but the amount of money I spend for the amount of food I get doesn’t seem worth it to me. Sucks but I Prob won’t be getting it anymore. Employees are nice though and there’s never really a long wait in the drive thru.
Terrible service, The staff is very incompetent, I’m not sure if they have bad headphones or if the kitchen is sloppy and careless, but I think it boils down to management must be very incompetent in their training and or they’re hiring. Franchise owner, I would look into this location. I try to give you 6/7 eighth chances to try to do better thinking that you only have one thing you sell is chicken. How hard is that to mess up. The app makes it very easy to order and my food is always ready quickly. If there’s any serve weight, the managers are always very kind and more than a few times have offered me a free soda
