Came through the drive thru at 8:45 tonight. Repeated my order 3+ times. The woman taking my order must have been on her phone or had another distraction. She was short and was frustrated that she had to keep repeating it back to me. But if she had just paid attention and listened in the first place there would not have been any issues. Customer service retraining is highly needed here and at tour lewisville location.
My go to fast food. Clean, hot and consistent. Never had a meal that didn't meet expectations.
Store manager great got a lot of food for my shop and they was timely and kind
