Idk if the training is getting worse but I was just here and ordered a 3 finger combo. I had to repeat my drink 3 times since the worker couldn’t hear me and when I get to the window after I left I checked my receipt and realized I got charged for a box combo. Maybe the speaker needs to be fixed idk but I don’t appreciate being charged more for more food that wasn’t asked for.
I will say, the chicken was so fresh it was almost too hot to eat. The chicken is moist and the breaking has the right amount of crunch. I'm sure you have heard this before, but maybe add a couple more flavors of dipping sauce to the menu. Couldn't hurt to try one or two for a few weeks and collect some data.
