I would like to share a pick up experience at the raising Cane’s in Grove City. There was no one in line when I walked in. I ordered one item. I stood Waiting for 13 minutes while they served other people after my order. I am incredibly disappointed in this service. Previously, I I went through the drive-through about a week ago and a girl handed me a drink with the lid off and spilled my drink all over me. She didn’t even apologize And walked away. This Cane’s is always the best. The food is always hot and fresh. The line is always wrapped around the building, sometimes twice and they’re still so fast. Love my cute new cup. Special shoutout to the best manager ever Debbie Cline!!! Sweetest lady ever
Food is great, no complaints. Wanted to give a shout out to the staff and management at this Canes. I lost my apple watch at this place while driving through town and called frantically a day later to see if they would have it. The manager checked, found it, and then kept it in a secure location for me to pick up when I was returning to the area a week later.
