I am so tired of paying for a lunch and not receiving what I ordered or basic necessities with the order. I specifically said unsweet tea (twice to be clear) - I’m diabetic so it’s kind of necessary. Rude girl on speaker and drive thru window. French fries were cold and soggy. No napkins, no condiments, no receipt for my cash purchase and then I didn’t get change back! Only coins but still!!!!
