Tried Raising Cane’s tonight instead of our usual Slim Chickens, and we should’ve stayed with Slim’s. The cashier shouting “FOUR COMING THROUGH THE DOOR!” and “THREE COMING THROUGH THE DOOR!” for every group was not fun...it felt like a cattle call, awkward and anxiety-inducing. Please just stop doing that. Chicken strips also seem smaller than before, and for the price, the value isn’t there. Not the best experience, and we’ll stick with Slim’s next time.
Just went in about 25 min ago and just got home I spent 11 dollars on a 3 piece with xt canes sauce. Got the tinest pieces of chicken looked like a kids meal. And it looked kind of old. It wont let me post a picture
When you can a human answerers!!! I hadn't expired free kids mail coupon and they said they would honor it. When we went there everybody was friendly and the service was great, the food is excellent, and it was very clean.
Went to this location today and bought 3 kids’ meals and a 4-piece. Honestly, I don’t see the hype—the tenders were soggy. I’ve had air-fried frozen tenders at home that weren’t nearly this soggy. The customer service was great however.
I’m not a fan but 4 stars because my daughter and husband love it!💕🫸🏻🫷🏼
