I placed a curbside order at 5:49pm today 8/8/2025. I made it to the location at 6:08 and checked in. The parking lot was full and cars were coming and going through the drive thru so I figured they were pretty busy (not a problem) but, Still sitting after 15 minutes with no order brought to my car I called the store (because I wasn’t going to leave my two sleeping kids in the car to go in and check the status) and asked the young lady about my order status and explained I had checked in almost 15 minutes ago. This location was my favorite but after 3 times going with my family to Canes we just come back upset everytime more and more their tenders are so small now and this last time they tasted like old oil. Also their Cane's sauce is half way full and did not have good flavor. We will not be back to this location I gave Cane's more than enough chances and it was disappointing every time.
