Half hour wait just for an old sandwich and barely any fries. Avoid this location if possible
As a former employee of this specific Brookfield location since the opening, I myself and many others can attest that this store has only been going downhill since then. Starting off with the management being allowed to constantly disrespect, miss-schedule and over-work their staff. There has been MANY instances with MANY managers (Charisma, Tina, Leshawn & those are just a few examples) of how rude managers can be when they mess up YOUR schedule/ availability and are rude to YOU due to their own laziness. Went into to grab a box combo on a simple wendsday night around 10 pm and the store was not packed, horrible service, no ice, lids, or straws. On top of everything with 5 people inside the food took 33 minutes. Food didn’t disappoint tho.
