I got yelled at by a Black lady with three piercings and a rose tattoo just for asking for help fixing something with my drink. She kept telling me to get out while I was only trying to ask for her name so I could report the issue to the manager. I was going about my day and didn’t even speak with an attitude. If any manager or reviewer sees this, I really hope something can be done about her behavior. She completely ruined my day for no reason, and because of that, I have to give such a low review.
