Nice place! I'm impressed! The interior design is modern and inviting. Chicken strips are bigger than other Raising Cane's. I ordered the box combo and it was worth it. The ambiance and overall design of this location is awesome — definitely one of the nicer locations I've been to. Service is good. Definitely will come back here!
Hello, this message is to report the pathetic customer serviuce I experienced today, February 18, 2026, at the Racing Canes located at Imperial and Bloomfield here in Norwalk, California. We are frequent customers of both locations in the area, and a rude employee who serves and promotes their chicken at 9:00 PM not only treated us rudely but also threw the drinking straws on the table.
