If you have a train to catch, PLS give yourself 20 min to spend here to wait for your order. The ckn fingers were just ok. No ketchup in the pump so we all had to wait another 5 min for packets. I came in the morning and the place was empty. Why such a long wait? I also received maybe 15 French fries? I’m good on this chain. Forever.
I asked the guy for an extra Canes sauce and he said “you gotta pay for that, 64 cents” but the line was really long and I had a train to make. Clearly the staff doesn’t understand that people are in a rush and don’t have time to go back and pay your stupid 64 cents. Just hand me a sauce and let me go make my train. This place does not care about your experience at all…
