We went through the drive thru. It was not crowded, so employees were not distracted or stressed. The employees we encountered seemed distracted. We were charged for 2 beverages we never ordered and didn't get. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the chicken pieces.Chicken was very small. From employees, to the product, to price, nothing made us as customers choose Canes next time.
I would normally give 5 stars except this location got 1 because of how they handled our order. We both wanted to order al a carte, no fries or bread basically. We both wanted 2 tenders a piece and a side of coleslaw. When the order came they had everything on just 1 plate and no sauce. The charged us for the sauce too!! You’d think if you ordered chicken tenders in any capacity they would include a sauce for them. Not this place
