Walked in to pick up my order. The person who greeted me (and another person who came in) was nice enough. But when she told the cooks/prep that customers are here for their pick-up order, they groaned loudly about it. The worker who greeted us apologized to the cooks/prep. She should have been apologizing to us for their behavior. No customers means no salaries…
Was kind of odd? I placed an order and my only options were walk-in pick up and curbside. Drive through wasn’t an option. I chose curbside, but no one came outside. I pulled through the drive through (as it was in fact open) and stated I was there for my order and apparently they couldn’t hand me the food and I had to walk in for it.
