My other half and i were passing through town headed home and decided to stop and grab dinner at canes tonight. honestly this canes has the best customer service i’ve experienced in a long time! Drew who was running the front end went ABOVE and BEYOND tonight with making sure we had all the things from salt and pepper to our forks for coleslaw. if he hasn’t had it yet he sure deserves a raise! we will be returning!
The chicken was soggy. The fries were extremely undercooked and raw. This food is not worth the price. Never again.
First time going, loved it, chicken was crispy and super juicy they definitely have got there chicken on point. Will definitely go back a must try if you have never been.
10/09/25 PROS: amazing customer service from a young man tonight. Okay prices, expect to spend over $12 each person. The food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Crispy juicy chicken, delicious crinkle fries, fluffy toast, tasty dipping sauce. Great portion size IF you order fries by themselves, clean establishment, private bathrooms, nice decor. CONS: small, sad amount of fries in combo meals is basically child-size, won't fill you up. Code needed to use restroom, we didn't mind but it's a hassle for some people.
