Horrible, i ordered a box combo and asked for the slaw to be replaced, they didn’t do that, tea tastes nasty, and there’s hair in my chicken and fries absolutely disgusting. Don’t go here ever
A mediocre canes at best. The staff are fine but the food not so much. The drinks are constantly either flat or not carbonated, an issue that has persisted for the last month since I've started going here. The fries and chicken itself taste somewhat fresh but is lacking. Compared to other higger quality locations such as schaumburg, this canes disappoints.
