Food is great! Location is great. People and cleanliness need some major work. Inside is wrecked. I asked them if they could wipe the table off because but it had crumps all over it and the girl told the manager that it wasn’t her job. I told the manager I didn’t mean to cause any drama, just wanted the table clean for my family. He didn’t seem to care or apologize.
Great customer service! Delicious fries, chicken tenders, and beverages. They were quick and friendly when I visited during the busy lunch hour. I will return and highly recommend. My concern is though, when ordering in the drive through, the chicken tenders are so hot, they burn the Styrofoam container. It can't be good to ingest the Styrofoam that melted onto the chicken strips. I won't order to go again so that the Styrofoam doesn't melt onto the chicken.
Box combo, held the coleslaw & got extra toast instead. For my 15 year old daughter.
Why and how is Cane's so popular? It's expensive for what you get, and basically flavorless except for the grease. I am not utilizing hyperbole when I say, is just assume eat Walmart chicken fingers with potato wedges. It's not terrible food at Cane's but it's quite unremarkable. The fries were like eating school fries. It's edible, but not good. Did I mention the price?
