We had a pickup order that got stolen before we got there, which was crazy, but the employees apologized and worked hard and quickly to fix the problem and get our order to us. I think the issue was with putting their carry out order shelf five feet from the front door. Seems like easy pickings. The food tasted good and the sauce is awesome, I just wish there was a little more variety in the menu.
I was delivering food and had a pick up at the Eau Claire location, I went through the drive thru because the employees inside forgot to give me a cup for soda, and the drive thru was quicker. I went into the second lane and was the second customer, the other customer was in the first lane. I was told to wait, which is fine, i understand that they can be busy or short staffed. Great location! The staff was awesome and the food was great! Been to several locations across the country and this was a good restaurant and did the chain proud.
