I can’t say that every experience I’ve had at this location is fanominal - I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just tried to ask for ketchup and they already slammed the door with no plans to reopen for me, forcing me to drive back around. The chicken is delicious. We ordered 3 meals (combos) and requested no Cane’s sauce with one due to an allergy (so it wouldn’t be eaten). We received 1 combo to go (as ordered), received 1 entree only (sandwich, no fries), and received Cane’s sauce with the 3rd and were shorted 1 piece of chicken. We were able to remedy the missing food items and were given multiple extra Cane’s sauces despite having requested no sauce containers.
