My husband went to the restroom and saw an employee leave without washing his hands. This was extremely concerning and unhygienic.

Not what it used to be. For $13 a box combo, you would expect bigger pieces of chicken. I've tried and the size of portions is just too little for the price. Either bigger pieces of chicken or lower the price can't have it both ways. Taste is good, employees are cool.
