wasn’t gonna do this but i must raise cane about this terrible experience to eliminate the collateral damaged to other innocent customers who choose to patronize this establishment. literally every table in the Restaurant was filthy. Air conditioner was too low. it was probably 50 degrees in the restaurant. Asked a worker to clean the table so my child isn’t sitting in the midst of a sullied petri dish table and the worker had the audacity to give me an attitude. Yea Canes your fired.
I felt the cashier was going to punch me in the face. But the manager was super lovely and nice.
Ordered 4 tenders, sauce, toast and drink. Got a meal instead even though I didn’t want fries. Small straw for a large drink. Huge bag for a single person order. And when I got the bag, the food container was open.
Love canes! I live 5mins away so I eat here all the time.. but whatever new staff they have recruited is so rude and careless! This is how I received my last two orders.. So annoying! Filed a complaint with corporate. ❤️
