I came through the drive thru and ordered a caniac combo and sandwich combo. received 2 caniac combos but the size drink for the sandwich combo. i wasnt too upset since it was more, but then i received only 1 sauce in each combo and pictured on menu it receives 2 sauces, along with that 1 combo had 4 tenders and the other received 5 which the caniac combo should have 6 tenders. ive usually had great experience with this canes but i was highly disappointed.
Ordered food online and their website was messed up. It did not have extra sauce options to order. I called in and asked if I can have an extra 60 cent sauce, I even offered to overpay for a drink to cover the cost, just substitute the drink with an extra sauce. They were of zero help and refused to give an extra sauce. Alienating customers for 60 cents when it was your websites mistake is ridiculous and unprofessional. Chick fil a is next door you may as well go there.
Fast and always yummy
