Izzy (if that’s really her name) who took our order outside when there was NO LINE acted like it was physically painful to take our two item order, was rude and lazy. Everyone else was hustling, but this girl had no CS skills whatsoever. To top it off, we were shorted on our order of which we had to go back and deal with lazy Izzy again with all her attitude so we could have our order corrected. Again, everyone else was hustling and courteous, but Izzy should not be anyone’s first contact at Canes.
Food is good its chicken sometimes though chicken is soggy compared to other Canes places in other cities. Customer service is good they greet you take your order and then they give you your food in the next window they can definitely improve. I haven't dine in since its so small and its always pack even their parking space is limited.
This is one of the best fast food chains that sell chicken there is okay parking space and the sauce with the chicken is just so good they is always canes cards and they give benefits and they are pretty good l would recommend if you really like fried chicken. The only downside about this fast food chain is that they charge so much for a combo box
