Just don't understand the hype about this place. The chicken just isn't good. It's soggy and flavorless. The sauce is ok. The fries are ok. The bread is ok. The prices aren't great. The service is ok. Idk I've tried and tried again to like this food but I just can't. The tables are almost always dirty. It's always busy and I just don't understand why.
