Always fast and friendly service. Food is always fresh.
RC is hit or miss on service but not on food!!! Their chicken and fries are always fresh n hot, the staff can be good and also very rude so depending on the staff it can be pleasant or not. I do think they are overly proud of their thousand island sauce so ketchup is just as good. I've noticed the size of their portions have drastically diminished as a lot of restaurants do and this has happened quite some time back, not recently.
