First time ever to a Raising Cane’s and am very used to how efficient Chik-fil-A runs their drive through. Pulled in to order in one of 2 lanes. There was just one car ahead of me, they had finished ordering and just needed to move forward as the line of cars progressed. It was easily 10 mins until this happened. There were maybe 5-6 cars ahead of them. The merge of 2 lanes into one was a disaster, business only had one of two windows operational so they were taking payment and delivering food from one. Very busy. BUT DELICIOUS.
Probably the worst place to get a meal. Took my family tonight and we didn’t receive half the order. I understand it’s busy but when every meal had something missing that’s pretty upsetting. 10 fries when I’m paying $18-$20 a person is absolutely ridiculous.
