Food was cold. Not fresh at all. I told the manager but he called me a liar. Said, “we don’t hold anything longer that 3 minutes.” Served me togo box despite the fact that I was dining in. This location is going downhill
Service was great, the staff were polite and timely.
I placed an order several hours ahead of time, hoping to pick it upbqe soon as i got there. NOPE - I got there exactly when the order was supposed to be ready and when I asked for it, they said "its now being made." My order should have been ready either when I selected the time when I ordered it HOURS prior or before I got there. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get my order since they hadn't even started on it. I guess they don't care much about pre-ordered meals.
Little red head girl at the window was very aggressive and rude towards me. I could hear her cussing under her breath! She practically threw the food to me and it was gross, too! Worst experience. New employees are needed at this location.
