My Son loves this place with a passion but dang those bathrooms were filthy and not restocked.
food at Raising Cane’s was hot, fresh, and delicious! The chicken was real and perfectly cooked, and the coleslaw was just the way I like it—crisp and flavorful. The service took a little time, but the quality of the food made it absolutely worth the wait. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back!
The food at this establishment is always wonderful and the service is generally good. Tonight, however, we received absolutely unacceptable service. There was a group of us waiting for the kiosks to order because only three of us actually wanted anything, so just take the two kiosks once they were done and get our orders in. The employee over the intercom asked guests to ensure they weren't blocking the doors, so we moved to the side to make room, but continued to wait at the kiosks as the customers there were almost done.
