Whoever worked taking orders on the night of Friday, September 4th at 10pm needs to be considered for termination. I had to repeat my order 3 times just for them to still give me the incorrect order. Went to this location today, the young lady to whom took my order was very kind. The kitchen messed my order up; However, they remade it with no problem. After my order was remade, I went to the drink machine to refill my drink and BOOM there was a German cockroach (nymph) crawling from the drink machine. I notified one of the lady's that had a collar shirt on and told them I needed a refund.
