I was already in line before closing, but by the time my order was actually taken it had just turned midnight. When I pulled up to the window, the young man helping me was incredibly polite and professional. Unfortunately, his manager completely ruined the experience by screaming at him for taking my order. Haven't been back to this location for 2 years beaucause they always give you soggy chicken when you ask for extra crispy. I told myself a lot can change in two years with management and I didn't feel like driving to the Watson location. Order extra crispy and get soggy regular chicken again. Its like theor general manager thinks the customers are dumb and trains employees to take the crispy chicken order but give them regular chicken like customers dont know the difference smh
