Don’t buy or try to use gift cards here. Staff will rudely tell you they don’t work. They all have balances in them as you can verify on the canes website. Staff is unhelpful. Food and service at this location has been going down hill. Every table and high chair was disgusting. And charging for extra sauce and not providing the extra sauce is a nice cherry on top.
This place never fails to impress! They were SLAMMED with a whole JV Varsity volleyball team and they still served everyone in a timely and friendly manner. The food is great! The bathrooms were clean. The atmosphere is so fun and interesting. I would have never thought to put disco balls in a chicken restaurant. But it works and it makes it fun. The only down side is the food is quite pricey. Worth it! But expensive.
This used to be a favorite for us. Recently we have seen a big decline in service, quality of food, and the vibe that we originally fell in love with.
