So disappointed. Used to be such plentiful food. Our order take out was so disappointing. Few fries, skimpy chicken portion. Last time. Never going back there

The food is good, but this location forces delivery drivers to fill drinks themselves. That’s unsanitary and violates California AB 3336, which requires sealed, packaged orders for delivery. Staff claimed it’s ‘policy,’ but store policies do not override state law. Management needs to fix this.
