I wanted to take a moment to recognize a young man named Carlos at Raising Cane’s. Carlos approached me to make sure everything went well with my visit and that I was happy with my food—which was great, by the way. What really impressed me was the confidence, professionalism, and sincerity he showed when speaking with me. I genuinely thought Carlos was a manager or part of the leadership team.
