Normally it’s a 5 star experience but I’m bumping it down to 4 because they always give me unsweet even though I always ask for sweet, it’s a petty thing to complain about but if I’m paying for it I want to enjoy what I asked for. Other than that every thing else is good.
Best chicken fingers in town I just wish they had one closer to me
I had a great experience at Raising Cane’s in Prosper, thanks to Gabby. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful while assisting me at the window. Her positive attitude and the way she treated me really stood out. Customer service like hers makes a big difference, and I honestly wish every team member provided the same level of care and professionalism. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would; Gabby truly deserves it!
Why are they closed at 6pm on a Sunday…
No joke, this is the most consistently good canes I've ever been to. Been like 5-10 times and every time the chicken comes out fresh and cooked perfectly and everyone is super nice.
