I went to government location and was greeted by unfriendly crew and manager. I was promised a free lunch because the first meal was a disaster three weeks earlier and another agreed to replace it. The girl didn't believe me so I showed her my receipt she took it to the manager. When I asked for the manager's name she said that was not allow. I asked to speak to the manager a man claiming to be the manager told me he put my copy of the receipt in the trash was not going to return it. I will not go there again.

Everything is so fresh and delicious every time I go there. The prices are just what you would expect from any other chicken restaurant around so I don't know what the problem is.

This Canes was one of the originals in Baton Rouge. I like the fact it has two drive thrus. This can ease congestion. The staff is friendly. The only flaws are prices and you cannot dine in. However, their chicken have been always fresh. I can count on this Canes to give me some good eatable chicken.

This is a fresh tasting but bland and boring product. I'm happy to see a local firm do so well but disappointed that people in Baton Rouge don't miss flavor. Do they really like the sauce? The chicken seems to be unseasoned. The sauce reminds me of thousand island dressing with a little black pepper. Ugh! Too expensive, also!
