Great Food, But Slow Service I’ll start by saying the food at Raising Cane’s is great — the chicken is always hot and crispy, the toast is buttery, and the sauce is what keeps people coming back. But the experience getting the food is another story. The lines are always long, and the service feels unusually slow for a fast-food place. It’s almost like the drive-thru and counter staff aren’t communicating well. Unfortunately, this place didn’t meet expectations. The food took a long time to come out, and for the price we paid, we definitely expected more. The tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing with papers coming out, and the sink looked like it was coming off — water wasn’t draining properly. Overall, the place felt unkept and needs better maintenance and service.
One of the best Cane's I have ever been too.
