Thank you to both managers I talked too. We came on 1/28 after the ice started to melt. We went through the drive-thru and our order got mixed up with another one…I assume, because when we got home it was not correct. I called the store and the manager said they were so sorry for the mix up and would give it free the next time we came in. We went back today and I explained what happened to the manager. Granted. It was my choice to go later in the evening. But, it doesn’t excuse awful food. The fries were both cold and soggy. The chicken strips looked more like chicken nuggets. They were overcooked. The only things that tasted on par was the Texas toast and Diet Coke. Really disappointed in the quality of food at this location. Waste of $12
Always has a busy drive-thru hut their customer service is fantastic. They always have great music playing too....helps as you wait in line!
It’s just a kids party on the counter. Terrible.
