Just wanted to sub my drink and slaw for a side of toast and fries. Told me I could only sub one thing so I did the slaw for toast and still somehow got charged for an extra side of fries. The person working the window 4/27 made no attempt to repeat my order or double check if I even wanted the fries, she just wanted me out of there(only one other car in line so there wasn’t a rush).
Every time I tell them I want "2 toast no slaw" they have no idea what that means and they try to charge me for extra food. Then I have to explain what that means. P.S. The CEO of the entire company orders it like that...

To be honest, I did not like their food the first time I went. But, after a while their food was great and we go often. I recommend it .
