I have been doing Raisedbarre since the beginning and it’s the one fitness program where I consistently see results! It has improved my posture, balance, core and tone over the years. I am now a RB OnDemand subscriber so I can do the workouts at home or on the go, on my own time. Love RB and their team of instructors!
Taking this program has reshaped how I think about my fitness. Loosely referred to as standing pilates routines, the exercises tone and sculpt my core, legs, and arms. I especially benefit from my posture and ability to maintain my activity levels due to core strength this program reinforces. Highly recommend this program.. and as another bonus, the instructors are passionate about fitness and a blast to train with!
I am so glad you brought Raisedbarre to my home. After I moved, I missed my classes and found none in my area to compare. Now I get to do my workouts in the comfort of my home. The instructions are clear and concise and what a fantastic workout!
