I have been a patient of raise the bottom for several years. The staff is very compassionate and willing to help you. I recently had an amazing experience with someone that worked in the front office named olivia. She went above and beyond to help me when my insurance was no longer active one day. MAT clinics provide life saving medicine and Olivia took that seriously and was an advocate for me when I felt like my medication and my treatment was on the line. Raise the bottom has been a huge help in getting my life back on track. My wife and I went in when we were finally sick of living the other way. Chad has helped me get myself back on track and living a successful life. Even when the days where hard he has been there to help in any way. I like it because nothing is ever pushed on you, meaning you will get whatever you put into it. If you are truly ready to live life I would give it a chance.
This is an amazing place. Everyone is more than welcoming no matter how any times you have to fall before you get back on track or where you come from. There is always someone at the front desk with a smile and willing to help any way the can. They truly meet you where your at. I would recommend this place to anyone that has the slightest desire to get clean.
I put off drug rehab for years because I didn’t know where to start. These folks made day one simple. They walked me through intake, did my labs, and got me stabilized fast. Meeting a counselor regularly and having a clear plan took the panic out of the process. I’m actually hopeful again.
